The Payne Phalen Community Band (est. 2025) is a new community band in East St. Paul, Minnesota. We rehearse Mondays from 7-9pm at Johnson High School. Fill out the interest form below if interested in the band - if we have availability in your section we will get you in asap (priority goes to East St. Paul residents)! We currently have the most need in the following sections:

• French Horn

• Trumpet
